            .Field Standing Operating Procedures (U) contains required
              reports, formats and special information.

                  b. Logistics Situation Land Report (LOGSITLAND) is a G-4
              report to CENTAG. The Corps Surgeon is required to submit to the
              Corps G-4 NLT 210OZ daily a narrative one paragraph situation
              report for inclusion in this daily report.

                  c. All levels should establish SOP on preparation time for
              reports, so that report is ready to send at, or shortly after,
              "as of" time. This is only way to regularly get reports to
              addressees) by "due" time.
