         SEAPORT STATUS REPORT (SPSR)

         1. GENERAL. The Seaport Status Report provides this
         headquarters data on seaport activity and status.

         2. SUBMITTED BY. 143d Trans Ede.


         3. SUBMITTED TO. COMUSARCENT, AFRD-GDO.

         4. WHEN SUBMITTED. Report submitted NLT 0600 daily as of 2400
         houri-tKe-pre@vl'ous day. Only those portions of the report that
         change will be submitted.

         5. HOW SUBMITTED.

            a. Classification. Contents of the report will be
         classifiza-in a@ccord@ance with current classification procedures.

            b. Method of Transmission. This report will be submitted
         by +eletype message; however, in the event of a collocated
         headquarters, it will be handcarried. Significant
         occurrences/incidents which affect mission capability will be
         reported immediately by phone or message and confirmation will
         be included in the next report.

         6. REPORT INDICATOR.


         7. SPECIFIC REPORTING INSTRUCTIONS. The SPSR is submitted
         daily on the requirements in paragraph b.
