              HOST NATION CONTINGENCY SUPPORT REQUIREMENTS REQUEST (HNCSRR)

              1. GENERAL. The Host Nation Contingency Support Requirements
              Request HNCSRR) provides a record of products and services
              purchased on the local economy or obtained from the host
              government (military, etc.) to support deployed units. Reports
              will be used to accumulate data on local procurement sources in
              USCENTCOM's AOR, in order to assist units during future
              deployments.

              2. SUBMITTED BY. Major Subordinate Commanders.

              3. SUBMITTED TO. COMUSARCENT, AFRD-GDP.

              4. WHEN SUBMITTED. NLT 30 days after completion of the
              deployment. --(Us-e attachment 1 to record information during the
              deployment for use in preparing the post-deployment report.)

              5. REPORT CONTENT. See Exhibit 1 for report format. Include
              dates of deployment, exercise name (if applicable), country,
              and city in cover letter to report.
