               received-, evacuated or temporarily interned, and backlog of
               remains to be processed.

               JCCRO.

                   WHEN SUBMITTED. Submission will commence automatically
               upon activation Z@-f- command headquarters or upon specific
               direction of USCINCCENT. This report will be submitted daily
               as rquired, as of 2400 hrs local, due NLT 0600 hrs local.

               5. hOW SUBMITTED.


                   a. Classification. This MSR-PCP will be classified in
               accordance with class@ification procedures.

                   b. Method and Precedence of Submission. Report will be
               submitted by-priority prec-eu-ence message. Imposition of
               MINIMIZE will not change the method of transmission.
