portions of the time-phased force deployment data (TPFDD)
for operational and contingency plans.
(4) Perform materiel management functions for EAC area
and perform Theater Army Materiel Management functions.
(5) Provide Rear area protection (RAP) for U.S. forces
within assigned sector.
d. I'he Transportation Command (TRANSCOM).
(1) Provide command and control of assigned and
attached Transportation units operating in support of U.S.
forces.
(2) Coordinate Transportation Service Support matters
with other U.S. forces, major commands, COSCOMS, allied,
and host nations as directed by USARCENT.
(3) Coordinate transportation operations with CONUS
transportation agencies to ensure interface of CONUS and
theater transport and movement procedures.
e. The Theater Army Materiel Management Center (TAMMC).
(1) Provide theater-wide inventory management for
those items designated by the COMUSARCENT for intensive
management.
(2) Provides theater-wide materiel management and
allocation of items of supply in accordance with priorities
established by the COMUSARCENT.
(3) Provide management of ammunition to include
requisitioning from NICPS.
(4) Provide ammunition management information to HQ,
TUSA.
(5) Accomplish ARCENI' aminmunition and missile
reporting to NICPS.
(6) Coordinate ammunition movements to include APOE
and SPOE receipts with ARCENT MCA.
f. The Movement Control Agency (TAMCA). Coordinate and
administer policies aiidprio-riiie-s in'accordance with guidance
provided by the force commander; under the staff supervision of
