            4. Destruction methods by unconventin@nal-means.

                a. General. Burning is one of the most expedient means of
insuring complete destruction. A hot long burning fire will
achieve complete destruction. Use a diesel fuel and motor oil
mixture. A 10:1 ratio is a general guideline. Achieve this by
adding 2 quarts of motor oil to 5 gallons of diesel fuel. However
any size container will work as long as I container of motor oil
is added to every ten containers of diesel fuel. Use the same
container for measuring both fluids. For safety ignite the
'mixture from a distance. For example use a thernite grenade, flare
gun or tracer round. NOTE: DO NOT APPROACH A BURNING ARMORED
            VEHICLE.

                b. Lay four tank rounds on floor of tank. Place exterior
machine gun in tank. Spread fuel/oil mixture on floor of tank.
Close and lock all hatches with the exception of driver's hatch.
Use driver's hatch to get out of tank. Remotely ignite oil/fuel
mixture. To destroy multiple tanks , park grill to grill first
then side to side as close as possible. Ignite all tanks
            simultaneously using a ring main.

                c. Fill engine oil fill and gas tank with sand. Remove oil
drain plug and engine coolant. Run engine until it overheats and
            seizes up.

                d. Cut all electrical lines with insulated bolt cutters or
            similiar tool for safety.

                e. Cut/damage all hydralic lines.

                f. Damage all optical sights, switches, and targeting
computers using an E-tool, axe or hammer.
