                                       INTRODUCTION


                This handbook is a limited technical guideline for the
            demilitarization of Iraqi arms, ammunition, weapon systems and
            other equipment. it provides methods and materials necessary to
            destroy captured enemy equipment. This handbook presents both
            conventional and non-conventional methods so that the mission can
            be accomplished regardless of the resources available. The
            methods presented are not all encompassing since the means of
            destruction of captured equipment are limited only by time,
            equipment on hand and the imagination of the personnel involved.
