          1935         512th called to report a large explosion     Olson
                       in the area of KKMC. They requested any
                       info we had. It was reported by 43d
                       EOD. They also asked on what fuzing the
                       Air Force was using. Called CENTAF and
                       talked to SGT Ferguson. He will locate
                       the info and call back.

          1945         Contacted 542d about transfer of control     Olson
                       of 363 EOD to 512th. No objections from
                       542d. Will confirm after talking to
                       512th.

          2242         Notified that ThreatCON level was            Budzinski
                       changed from Bravo to Charlie and    that
                       current MOPP level was zero.

          18 Jan 91    Notified by Cpt Smith, 74th EOD that         Budzinski
          0340         MOPP level has change from zero to level
                       two.

          0700         Shift change: Maj Olson, Cpt Bupp, SGM       Pierson
                       Jones, SFC Paksi, SSG Budzinski, CPL
                       Nguyen going off and LTC Pierson, CPT
                       Wilson, SGM Atkinson, MSG Bleshoy, SSG
                       Moore, CPL Byrd going on shift.

          0740         SFC Elgin called to downgrade MOPP to        Byrd
                       level zero inside and level 1 outside.

          0810         contacted 542d at request of 74th EOD,       Bleshoy
                       no significant situation change.

          0930         Contacted by SFC Wilcox, 512th, to get       Pierson
                       phone f of 71st EOD.

          1305         Contacted by RAOC - SGT Decklom MOPP         Pierson
                     level has changed from I to zero.

          1335         Called by Cpt Thomas, FORSCOM, robot         Bleshoy
                       upgrade kits are being shipped to
                       Dhahran.
