             LTFs transport push packages of class rirb, v, 1. and water to
             replenish attacking forces. The 46th LTF and 171st LTF will
             initially operate out of LOOBASE ROMEO. The 46th LTF will serve
             &a the executive agent for'LOGBASE ROMEO.         STTPCOM throughputs
             Class IIIB. V, and dry cargo to LOOBASE OSCAR. 'Priarl'ty o:f
