found that the data had many disconnects. Example% Corps was
still reporting to higher that they were short amno based on what
CORPS initially wanted. This didn't make sense since Corps has
been told that they are going to get an "allocation" of a=o.
They know that this allocation is not what they want but they
continue to report against their original figures. They are
wasting their time. In addition they are reporting figures that
do not match with data that their own people are using to manage
the data. Cerri passed this information to Cpt Atchison to pass
to Col Biamon and will also explain to Biamon why he feels that
the data is wrong. - carri passed a recommendation to Corps that
they begin to put their preferred ammo by DODIC and quantity
needed in their G-3 daily sitrap. Corri had learned that the VII
Corps was doing this and was getting a lot of action from the
ARCENT G-3 staff. Cerri made the recommendation at the XVIII
daily G-3 plans meet. Mai Paprone said that he could make this
             happen.
             - XVIII received a planning guidance message from ARCENT that was
a direct reversal of agreements made at the MSR planning
conference that was held at KKMC. They had understood that an MSR
would be built in the VII Corps area that would be the main ARCENT
MSR. Planning guidance said that this was a dead issue. Col
Marcello asked Cerri to look into it. Cerri called Mai Pippins at
ARCENT Plans. Pippins said that he had already been called by
XVIII Corps. He claimed that the message had been in error and
that he would put out now guidance.

504 2000 SFC GILLIHAN ASSUMED DUTY AS CTOC NCO FROM SSG
             WILLIAMS.
