503 2055. The following occupied maj Cerri today: - Col Mather
advised Cerri that ARCENT was trying to get back reefers that had
been been given to XVIII at the beginning of Desert Shield. Corps
left the reefers in their Desert Shield location prior to moving
K. Corps plans to fall back in on these reefers at the end of
Desert Storm and doesn't plan to give them up. Mather only wanted
to advise Cerri of the action because he felt that the action may
move into the G-3 channels. - Col Mather informed Cerri that he
had been told that VII Corps planned to close MSRs Sultan and
Dodge to XVIII Corps traffic as they maneuvered to the LD. Mather
felt that this was unacceptable for XVIII Corps (Cerri agreeded).

Carri called ARCENT Plans, Maj Pippins, about the issue. Pippins
said that it would not be a plans issue but a current cps issue.
Carri called Cpt Fatzinger at LUCKY TAC. Fatzinger said that VII
Corps did have a plan to repair any damage that it may do to the
SR. However, Patzinger did not have any idea of what they plan
was concerning closing the SR. He would check and get back to us.
- Col Akers said that it would be OX for LTC Gutwald to attend the
meeting on the 16th. He said this at around 1845 hrs. - Cerri
tried to explain to the XVIII G-4, COL Biamon, that ARCENT did not
have an accurate picture of what preferred a=o CORPS wanted.
Biamon gave cerri a report that the CORPS is sending to higher on
a daily basis. While this did not meet the mail (Corps wants to
know by DODIC which preferred a=o Corps wants, how much they
have) Cerri felt that he could extract the information himself and
send the report higher. However, in working with the data Cerri
