             1. As r@ested in Paragraph 2 of the first endorsement, this
             correspondence is notification that all required actions will be
             completed upon receipt of the individuals medical records.
             This unit had only one soldier who was deployed overseas during
             Operation Desert Shield/Storm. This soldier's medical records
             have not yet been received from the Active Component unit to
             which this soldier was assigned during the period her Active
             Duty status. However, the individual did retain her PHS-731,
             and a copy of this document has been made for unit records.
