         OPORD 64-90 ( FRAGO 4 TO OPERATION DESERT DUTY)
            C. Task to Units, Organizations, and Staff.
                 il) 593 ASG. Provide four maintenance tents to the 2d COSCOM for
         CARC pa nt operations. Two tent are to be transferred on 5 February 1991,
         followed two additional tents on or around 8 February 1991.
                 (2) AMC. Provide electricians and technical experts to establish
         the paint site in the TAA. Provide a technical expert(s) to supervise
         paint operation,trouble shoot @ipment, supervise and perform
         maintenance on painting equipment during paint operations. Provide paint
         equipment ( paint guns, compressor,fresh air pumps, hoses etc) to the 2d
         COSCOM for the duration of the paint operation.
                 (4) 2d COSCOM. Provide the leadership personnel, and
         transportation assets set up and run the paint operation. Provides
         limited equipment to run the paint operation (See Annex B. Equipment
         List) Pickup 3000 gallons of paint and 900 gallons of thinner from AMC
         for t@ansfer and painting in the TAA.
                 (5) lst ID(F). Provide liaison between the 593d ASG, AMC, and 2d
         coscom to coordinate the equipment transfer, site preparation, and the
         conduct of paint operations.

            d. Coordinating Instruction.
                 (1) The Property book officers of the 593d ASG, and AMC
         coordinate the transfer of equipment to the 2d COSCOM.
                 (2) The 2d COSCOM will coordinate transportation assets for the
         movements of tents, paint, thinner, paint equipment and the technical
         experts and supervisors foe AMC. See Annex B - Transportation for
         details.

                 (3) The 2d COSCOM will coordinate with CPT Ifill, 416 EN, for the
         disposal of toxic waste. Phone number,899-1119, ext 7460/61.

         4. SERVICE SUPPORT.

              a. Services. 2d COSCOM will provide all life support to the AMC
         workers for the duration of the operation.
              b. Transportation. See Annex B-Transportation for specific
         requirements.
