This
headquarters complei, tentatively identified as the 8th ID HQ,
yielded approximately 700 Lbs of documents, all of which were
turned in to DOCEX for screening. initial screening of these
documents indicate this unit played a significant role in the
destruction of the Kuwaiti oil fields. The complex also had
large amounts of anti-tank mines, blasting caps, and U.S.
manufactured tank ammunition.
