           MEMORANDUM FOR SEE DISTRIBUTION

           SUBJE(@T* Pyridostigmine Tablets

           1. The SUPCOM Commander has advised SUBCOM Units to stop
           taking PYRIDOSTIGMINE Tablets (NAPP Tablets). It is the
           units, Commanders decision whether or not to continue taking
           NAPP Tablets. It is a units responsibility to assure that
           soldiers are taking NAPP Tablets when they are directed to.

           2. The 173d Medical Group HHD has stopped taking VAPP
           Tablets.

           3. If NAPP tablets are being taken the dose rate will be 1
           (one) tablet every 8 (eight) hours and must be followed.

           4. If individual soldiers experience negative effects they
           must (.Io to sick-call. They may not stop taking NAPP Tablets
           on their own initiative.

           5. POC this headquarters, lLT Plassmann.
