         MEMORANDUM FOR: See Distribution

         SUBJECT: Immunization Program, Second Inoculation


         1. The second inoculation in the mandatory immunization
         program will be administered beginning 12 Feb 91. Attached
         is a schedule outlining where and when to send personnel.
         Some units are scheduled for multiple sites, due to soldiers
         being located in several areas.

         2. Units are authorized to send personnel for both first,
         and second inoculations. Representatives from the following
         units need to contact this HQ to arrange their inoculation
         programs; llth ADA, llth Sig, 321st MMC, 324t4 DPU, 800th
         MP. POC this HQ is CPT Arrington, 9-7899             9-7803-
