       1. MAJOR SIGNIFICANT ACTIVITIES (LASI 24 HOURS):
           a.    SSG Amabile & SBT Wraae inspected the field bakery at CWC. Found
       critical sanitation defects in and around the production area that are
       ootentially dangerous. Briefed OIC of defects which need to be corrected.
           b. CPT Adams in Riyhad, CPT Whippo and CPT Schultheiss in Jeddah
       performing initial sanitary inspections.
           d.    S(3T Guzman & SGT Cox inspected five Ml'.Ts at KFIA. Produce
       received has 30% loss (Slimy decay). F'ersonnel utilizing non-potable ice
       for consumption. Informed food service personnel SFC Brown @@ SFC-.
       Alexander to correct the problem.
       2. PLAN; SUMMARY FOR NEXT 24 HOURS:
           a.    CPT Soles & SPC Bartholomew to perform surgery on an injured
       feline that was hit by a 2 1/2 Ton truck.
           b.    CPT Schultheiss & CF,T Whippo in route to Riyahd to be questioned
       by CID reference sensitive item incident. '
           C.    SSG Dougherty & SGT Guzman going to @"FIA to coordinate a
       centralized inspection location on the Air Base for all incoming
       subsi steince.

           d..   Down day for remainder of the unit.
