              treated at the 410th Evac Hospital in the last 2 weeks have been
              associated either with this outbreak in the 410th Evac staff,
              or the outbreak in the MI and MP units located at the Quasemah
              airstrip reported in the memorandum dated 4 April. MAJ
              Browning expressed the opinion that the two outbreaks were
              separate occurrences.
