           SUBJECT: Paint Operations in SWA

           5. Problems were experencedin Paint operations that were not on
paved surfaces. Compressor maintenance requirement will increase to
maintain grade D breathing air standards.
6.'@l must strongly recommend against this operation if done the same
way it was done before. Without permanent paint booths I seriousl@
doubt if a duality paint job can be done safely given local
           conditions and available resources.
