            SUBJECT: Paint Operations in SWA

                d. Respiratory Protection:

                     (1) An approved (NI OSH/MSHA) pressure demand or continuous
flow type C, full-face -piece,- hood or helmet supplied -air respirat@
is the standard respirator, when painting inside a structure. The
maintenance shelters meet the criteria of a confined space and no
            respiratory dcw-.i grade is permitted.

(1-11 To support supplied air respirators breathing air
compressors, with filters and Co Alarms are required. Given ambient,
temperatures, additional air coolers will be needed on the discharge
side of the compressors as the coolers on the painters will not drop
the temperature sufficiently for any sustained production painting.

Breathing air needs to be tested, upon set up of
            compressor, :aalicr maintenance or Movement.
