                  1. Preventive medicine personnel must be contacted upon treatment
                  of any possible food-borne gastroenteritis cases.          Preventive
                  Medicine needs to perform a sanitation inspection and obtain food
                  samples for Veterinary analysis from the eating establishments) in
                  question.

                  2.   The following information is r@ested for all patients
                  diagnosed as having possible food-borne gastroenteritis (mild
                  diarrhea, nauseating, stomach cramps, and low-cjrade fever).

                  symptoms.
