        carefully monitor chemical overgarment wear times and       ensure
        MOPP Levels are based on MOPP Analysis/METT-T. Prudent
        overgarment wear-time will preclude burdening the logistic
        system with unneeded overgarment resupply, The bottoti-line in
        that a serviceable overgarment will still afford a soldier
        limited protection after the Wear-Life criteria is reached.
        Soldiers should not open their second contingency stock until it
        is absolutely necessary. Commanders should baoe-this decision
        on the threat situation and using MOPY Analysis. This stock
        should be used for ROPP gear exchange if it becomes necessary.
