            SUBJECTT CSA Taskers


            I       oes of this memorandum is to confirm and elaborate on two
            t    n-g; from CSA to DCSFER/OTSG, arising from IS Mar Desert
             i.kl'rt'
            Storm AOC update.

            2, The first tasker is to prepare a brief for CSA showing how
            there will be no gaps In medical coverage in CONUS and Europe as
            we redeploy the midical structure in SWA, and release various
            medical personnel and units from active duty. This briefing
            should be first presented to DCSPIMO and should be ready for CSA
            by 28 Mar.
            3. The second tasker is to prepare a briefing for DCSPER on the
            medical/health implications of the oil field fire smoke
            environment in Kuwait, and what precautions we should take to
            protect our soldiers from this environment, in t      of
            protective equipment and personnel rotation policy. The
            concern in that we do all possible now to preclude long term
            adverse health affects.
