          0314 - Danger X-Ray reported six SCUD missiles were launched
        west out of our sector; we were directed to take no action.

        * 0403 - Danger X-Ray ordered a 100% alert

        * 0600 - Stand to complete - 100% alert down to REDCON 4

        * CPT Whipple reports the following: 2-34 AR has 58 tanks on
        hand and 47 tanks operational. He states that 2-34 AR should
        have 51 tanks operational by morning.

          LTC Stone: Call LTC Fontenot, he returned your call.
        Subject: Maintenance

        * 1410 - Dreadnaught 6 reports that his A and D companies have
        closed with 5-16 IN and A and D 5-16 IN have closed with 2-34
        AR. The logistic cross attachment is not complete yet. Internal
        task organization will not be executed until 20 JAN 91 to allow
        the ration cycle to adapt.

        19 JANUARY 1991


        * 0139 - SCUD launch- unknown target destination

        * 0200 - "GAS" called on the Division net    Ist Brigade goes to
        MOPP 4

        * 0300 - Danger X-Ray calls an "ALL CLEAR"    A Ist Engineer
        chemical alarm went off. Ist Brigade goes to MOPP 0

        * 0315 - LTC Fontenot reports his CDE has 14 hours until they
        must be replaced

        * 0400 - CPT Guinn is working on a UH-1 request for a log (LRU)
        bird to Port and for Devil 3'§ recon


        * 0615 - LTC Magee left for recon with 2-34 AR

        * 0710 - MAJ Roseberry, DMMC, reports he directed MlAl parts be
        brought from the Port on the convoy that left 190400JAN91, rather
        than waiting on a helicopter

         0719 - Dreadnaught recon party SPs with four vehicles,

         0726 - CPT Guinn reports-that the request for a helicopter for
        MlAl parts pick-up was disapproved

        * 0747 - ILT Goodman, 2-3 ADA, reports he has nine Stinger teams,
        is currently setting up 360 degree security at the BDE TOC, and
        is ready to task organize to the battalions. He has no modular
