        1.      Operations         in the vicinity of oil wells and support StY-UELLLt El-- L!USL
        considerable hazards. @ There are numerous oil-gas separator                                                                           tl),%

        their immediate areas.                     Oil wellheads occasionally lea@@ hydrogen -.-L:tl'ride gas,
        which can be lethal within minutes., A Division unit recently
        operations at a well head site, taking advantage of improved acize,@.i ;,(,LtLF5 i:;
        area.       This forced cessation of operations at the well until L!tL@                                                       moved,
        causing the loss of 6000 barrels per day,of production.

        2.      The referenced memorandum cautioned units against operating                                                          oil
        pipelines or crossing them at other than authorized crossing
        that memorandum is supplemented as follows-.

                a@    Units may not             operate or establish Support sites (T(3--r;;, IJ;.j L
        within 500m of an oil                   facility (i.e. , oil-gas separator pl@iiic.,                                                 I
        refinery, etc.).
