           ISSUE: mask sizing at unit level and tariff of available sized
           is not supported by experience in the field.
           DISCUSSION: Soldiers are having problem@ with proper mask fit
           due to non-availability of correct size masks at unit level.
           Considerable effort was expended in downsizing hard to fit
           soldiers and obtaining small and extra-small M17A2 Masks.
           The stockage level percentage of biTOE ALO was insufficient to
           meet unit requirements.

           RECOMMENDATION: Increase the stockage level from 105 percent to
           100 percent of MTOE ALO to allow for more variety in tariff
