            SUBJECT: MEDICATION DISTRIBUTION AND MEDEVAC COORDINATION
            1.   (U)   SITUATION. No Change.
            2.   (U)   MISSION. No Change.
            3.   (U)   EXECUTION. No Change.

            4.   (U)   SERVICE SUPPORT.
                 a -      Division Medical Operations Center (DMOC) is responsible -For
            coordinating medical evacuation within the Division.        DMOC will monitor
            MEDEVAC frequency FM 39.15 (alt 40.15).       DMOC can also be reached on MSRT
            468-3061.   Transmit request using standard 9 line format TAW SOI.          DMOC
            callsign is MEDEVAC 6 or MEDEVAC CONTROL.
                 b.       If casualties occur while on the march, inform the Forward
            Support Medical Company which will relay the request as needed.
                 C.       Snake bite victims determined'-to need antivenom must be
            evacuated to the nearest EVAC hospital which has the artivenom.
                 d.       Each soldier is to   be issued and carry the following:

            medicines. Use medical supply channels to correct shortages.
                 e.       All Medical vehicles will carry the following:
                 No less than one 5 gallon water can filled with            chlorine solutio
            for hasty patient decon.    The proper mixture is 1/2 gallon Chlorox and 4
            1/2 gallons water.    An alternate method is to mix one large amptt)e of
            HYpachlorite Solution in 5 gallons of water.
