                CHEMICAL/BIGLOGICAT@ ATTACK PLAN   FOR ARCENT PERSONNEL

        1. Actions upon a chemical/biological      attack on Eskan or west of
        Wadi  for individual protection/first aid.


              A.. Close eyes/stop breathing
              B.  Mask
              C.  Sound alarm
              D.  Seek cover, if outdoors
              E.  Assume MOPP 4 (if inside with no risk of liquid
              contamination you may go to "mask only". When exiting from
              building assume MOPP 4.)

              F. Decon skin/ecuipmen@l, if required, for any suspected
              liquid contamination. Using the M25SAl skin/equipmen@.
              decontamination kit or the M291 skin decontamination kit.
              G. Check for casualties (*)
              ti. Stay indoors (if poss4ble%/, turn off air conditioning,
        close windows, limit/control entry and exist.
              I. Continue -i4ssion

        2. Chemical detection tea-.is will report to G3 NBC Section for
        guidance.

        3. Upon completion of chemical detection, results will be
        reported to G3 NBC Section.

        4. Unmasking procedures will be conducted under the supervision
        of G-3, NBC.

        5. All personnel will remain masked until the ALL CLEAR is given
        by the ARCENT Headquarters, G3.
