     1.  SITUATION:

         a.   Enemy: Annex B (Intelligence) to C%30&50 LS-91M.
         b.  Friendly:   Annex A (Task Organization) to OPDZD 4!;-9im-

         EXECUTION:

         a. Concept of Operation: The PSS concept is to provide guidance to
     the field to ensure that personnel functions are completed correctly and
     in a timely manner. As the Division moves to contact, personnel
     accountability is critical in keeping the commander advised on the
     personnel readiness of the unit. Furthermore units engaged in combat must
     oe aware of the Law of War and Compliance program within the command as
     well as policies an hospitalization and evacuation.

         b. Coordinating Instruction

             (1) Unit Strength Reporting:

                   (a) Submit unit Personnel Situation Report(PSR) to the Gl/AG
     D-REAR CP daily as of 1200 hrs due NLT 1800 hrs local. Format will be in
     accordance with the November 1990 FSOP, plus numbers of (male-officers,
     warrants and  enlisted), (female-officers, warrants and enlisted) will be
     noted in the  remarks column.

                   (b) Submit a TACCS generated PRR to the Ol/AG D-REAR C@
     every Friday  as of 1200 hrs due NLT 1800 hrs. The report will be
     Submitted on  a 5 1/4 floppy disk.

                   (c) The Crew report will be submitted on order.

                   (d) Submit spot reports whenever there is a significant
     change in the units strength not shown on the PSR. Spot reports must show
     current strength and type of loss by MOS.

              (2) EPWs/Detainees:

risoners of War and Civilian Detainees will be
     reported on the PSR in accordance with the November 1990 FSOP, others
     section.

                   (b) Prisoner of War collection point locations and POW
     handling procedures will be published by the Provost Marshall.

              (3) Casualty Reporting.-
