      7.. EXECLJT I ON. No Chang?-

               Coordinating Instructions:

               (1) A medical support AAR will be conducted by the Division
      3L,rgeon at the DMAIN (086086) on 25 Mar 91, 0900 hrs. A medical
      o@ficer from each Medical company, FWD Medical Node, BAB and DISCOM HQ
      (DMOC) are to attend. Additional personnel may attend it the commander
      '---Is their presence will contribute to the AAR content. Each officer
      s@.ould be prepared to-discuss the medical aspects and occurrences
      w.thin their unit from 231500 FEB TO 022400 mar 91.

               (2) All soldiers assigned or attached to 3AD, in theater,
        -rently require their second Immune Globulin injection. Medical
         @ls/platoons/sections will draw the required # a-F vaccine doses from
      @.,iO and commence immunization as soon as possible. Suspense for          100%
      immunization of personnel is 01 APR 91.
               (3) Units are reminded that ambulances are medicii"e'vacuation
      vehicles and should not be used ;or other purposes unless specifically
      directed by the unit commander on a need basis only -For'mission
      accomplishment.

               (4)  The Divi.sion.Surgec)n's office request that all units
      commence medical reinforcement training as current mi'ssion.'.allows.
      Copies of medical training plans and schedules are to be.submitted to
      the surgeon's office for.information purposes only. Examples of
      training are Combat Lifesaver Classes,-Aeromedical evacuation
      techniqtdes, Medical ABC'gv Intravenous 'Infusion, Preventive      medicine
      directed towards disease'-Orevention (i.e. malaria, sand-4Iy       +ever) and
      medical vehicle maintenance.
