   2. The theoretical che;-iical footprint of a chemically armed, unmodified
   3CUD missile is 400 X 2500 meters.

   i. Modified SCUDS, altered for greater range, do so at the expense of
   )ayload. The Al Fussein SCUDs have half the payload of an off the shelf
   3CUD.

   1. persistent agents, muster gas or nerve agent, would have a limited
   @apor hazard in cool weather, such as conditions currently prevailing.
   Ehi-s hazard would dissipate in one to three days under current weather
   Conditions.

   5. Cover, such as buildings or vehicles, offer best protection against
   lirect contamination from the actual liquid/droplets. Trace elements

   nreforred cheiical delivery system used by the Iraqi is artillery, tube
   and rocket.
