          Cdr's Comments: Prioritization of the Airlift by the CINC ARCENT will be
          detrimental to the UH-60L fielding . Modernization now is the number 2
          priority. This will delay shipment of the new ACFT indefinately. AVSCOM
          states that the alternative method of shipment is sealift.
