          Cdr's Comments: Jay Leno's performance was an excellent     morale booster. His
          comedy, coupled with the warm up provided by the 82d Abn    Div band provided the
          soldiers here on Champion a professional show the troopers of this Division
          deserve. Acts of this kind should be requested for entertainment during the
          Christmas season.

          2D BDE:                                                     Submitted: 24 Nov 90

          Cdr's Comments: Three officers from the Saudi 23d SANG battalion arrived today
          for a 3 day visit. One, a Bn S2, is being hosted by the Bde S2. A second will
          stay with 2-325 and will participate in the AASLT on the 26th. The third is
          hosted by 4-325 and will participate in the Co CALFEX on Monday. The first day
          of Christmas Bazaar was hosted by Camp White. The bazaar went over well with
          the soldiers. The Bde staff is working on a complex in 2-325 sector which will
          consist of a 30 firing point KD Range, a tire house, and a dry fire/blank fire
          MOUT facility for Co operations. Completion NLT I Dec. Altered Co EXEVAL
          tasks, replacing MTC with AASLT to clear a MOUT complex. TEO's are being
          reviewed.

          Cdr's Comments: The flow of repair parts has improved slightly. There is no
          warranty for commercial vehicles nor is there a service contract. Each unit
          must satisfy maintenance/service needs by using purchasing officer. Aletter
          will be prepared to alert all Division units.

          3-73 ARMOR:                                                 Submitted: 24 Nov 90

          Cdr's Comments: Require all readiness platoon personnel and equipment be
          shipped to Saudi Arabia before I Dec 90. Only 448 rounds of 152mm HEAT T-P-T
          is available in country. This will not allow the unit to accomplish TTS
          transition gunnery.
