       DISCUSSION: Some information in attachment 3 of TAC Reg. 400-10 is not current.
       No mention of how an ATH is to manage infectious waste.
   
       RECOMMENDATION: HQ ACC/SGX must review 400-10 and make necessary changes and
       updates, adding infectious waste management instructions.
   
       ACTIONS REQUIRED: Review and update ACC Reg. 400-10 as required.
   
       ACTIONS COMPLETED: ACC Reg. 400-10 has been re-written and published addressing
       this issue.
   
       STATUS: Closed.
