       TRAINING ISSUE NO. 10 Lesson Plans for Command and Control Elements
       (SGHR ITEM NO. 44)
    
       DISCUSSION: Need operating instructions for each element with standardized
       lesson plans.
    
       RECOMMENDATIONS: Create a working group to review lesson plans already
       developed by AMC/SGON. Create a working group to develop lesson plans for
       command and control elements.
    
       ACTIONS REQUIRED: Have a working group at AMC review current lesson plans.
       Determine if lesson plans are required for command and control elements and
       develop if required.
    
       ACTIONS COMPLETED: AMC working group reviewed lesson plans and modified them
       as required. Current training is being accomplished under the new plans (AFI
       41-304, Aeromedical Evacuation Training Standards). Five lesson plan books
       have been developed.
    
       STATUS: Closed.
