       (SGHR ITEM NO. 190)

       DISCUSSION: Some flight surgeons were nor familiar with operation of ATC
       package. Evidence of poor compliance with ACC Reg 400-10 inventory, exercise,
       and repack requirements. Exercises of ATCs/SMEs need to include bare base
       operations.

       RECOMMENDATION: Ensure exercising of ATC/SME under bare base conditions.
       Ensure compliance with training requirements of ACC Reg 400-10.

       ACTIONS REQUIRED: Ensure compliance with ACC Reg 400-10 regarding operation of
       ATCs.

       ACTIONS COMPLETED: HQ ACC/SG has published a policy letter addressing .
       compliance with ACC Reg 400-10.
