         DISCUSSION: Bed Status Reports do not give timely information. There is
         duplication of reporting in different reports. Manual typewriters in TA to
         accomplish reports. No TEMPEST computers in TAs.

         RECOMMENDATIONS: Should include operating room status. Consolidating Joint
         reports. Recommend report by exception.

         ACTIONS REQUIRED: Review requirements and contents for bed status reporting.

         ACTIONS COMPLETED: Formats for message have been reviewed by the Joint Staff
         and validated.

         STATUS: Closed.
