These individuals train on a regular basis and are subject to weight control and physical examination regulations. In addition, providers in this category are credentialed by the facility where they train. The new category E IRR members will also be credentialed by the facility with their training attachment and should not he subject to push/pull. ACTION RECOMMENDED: A methodology needs to be established for identifying members of the IRR that do not need push/pull.
