2. Concept. The mission of the 375 MAW/AK and its gained units was to redistribute 
casualties from Operation DESERT shield/STORM conducted by USCENTCOM. 
 
3. Significant Activities. 
 
	a. Manning assistance was provided as follows: 
 
		(1) Two 906X0s from the CONUS detachments provided on a rotational basis 
starting in Sep 1990 and ending in Mar 1991. 
 
		(2) Two AE crews to the 2AES starting in Oct 1990. They rotated every 60-90 
days and returned in Mar 1991. 
 
	b. Manning assistance received from I{Q MAC/SGAMS starting in Jan 1991 through Mar 
1991. - 
 
	c. Advance team sent to non-detachment hubs in Jan 1991. 
 
	d. Two members of Det 4, 375 MAW deployed as advance personnel to the Charleston 
and Norton hubs in Feb 1991. 
 
	e. Training team sent to all CONUS hubs to familiarize AECE 
personnel with mission requirements in Feb 1991.
 
	f. Partial activation of the AECEs in mid-Feb 1991.
