Lieutenant Colonel Mroczkowski, recently selected for promotion to colonel, lias received the Navy Commendation Medal with V' and one gold star, the Combat Actions Ribbon with one gold star, and a Department of the Army decoration, the Commander's Award for Civilian Service.
