           How much information should be supplied to the field on this
           issue: This issue is to be discussed at the next meeting.

                   (13) (U) Equine heptavalent antitoxin - The issuing
           of an IND for this product: USAMRDC is pursuing this issue
           with the FDA.

               g. (U) Unresolved issues f(i), f(4), f(5), f(8), f(12),
           and f(13).

               h.       Issues for future study. At the previous meeting
           the issue of the lack of a detector for biologic agents was
           discussed. This committee recommends that the Chemical
           Research, Development and Engineering Center actively pursue
           the development and acquisition of this detector.

           5. Recommendations: None.

           6. The next meeting will be convened on Friday, 14 Septeraber
           1990 at 0900.
