            c. SGVPRC working Group will coordinate with the surgeons
        office/representatives of major commands (MACOMS) and units to
        coordinate vaccination issues, policies, and program and ensure
        that these MACOMs are informed of the Army*s latest capabilities to
        vaccinate the Army Force. These MACOMs and units are as follows:

                 (1)  7th Medical Command

                 (2)  l@ Medical Command

                 (3)  U.S. Army Japan

                 (4)  Third Corps (Army Element supporting Central Cornand
        (CENTCOMJ)

                 (5)  U.S. Army South (Army Element of Southern Command
        [SOUTHCOM])

                 (6)  U.S. Army Western command

                 (7)  First Special Forces (Army Element of Special
        Operations Command)

                 (a) office of the Chief of Army Reservest Surgeon*s office

                 (9) National Guard Bureau, Surgeon's Office

        5. Responsibilities.

            a. Directorate of Health Care Operations (DASG-HCZ).

                 (1) Progran funds for procurement, storage, quality
        assurance, and replacement of endemic disease and BW agent
        vaccines, toxoids, and immune globulin.

                 (2) Develop proposals for prioritization of vaccine
        procurements.

                 (3) Assists in risk assessment when the Army Force is
        partially or has not been vaccinated with specific vaccines.
                 (4) Ensure that the76echanisms are in place for
        distribution and administration of the vaccines to soldiers and for
        disposal of vaccine waste.

            b. Directorate of Professional services (SGPS-PSZ).
