                   1.     It is recommended that water be consumed at the rate
                          of at least one quart per hour durina hot oeriods of
                          the day. Consumotion rate should be in line with the
                          amount Of work being per-Formed.

                   2.     Mandatory drinking of water should be command en-
                          -Forced. Individual thirst is a poor indicator of
                          dehydration.
