        @ubj: COMMAND CHRONOLOGY REPORT FOR CY-91

            On 26 Feb 91, the Company moved north to assume a blocking
        p'osition near Jahra to prevent enemy forces from escaping from Kuwait
        City to the west. Numerous armored vehicles were engaged during the day
        and after dark, with a small number of prisoners being captured. On
        27 Feb 91, the attack was planned to continue north to the Gulf
        (approximately 5 miles) when the operation was halted. On 28 Feb 91
        until 1 Mar 91, the Company remained in place in the blocking position.
        On 2 Mar 91, the Company was detached from 2/2 and went back to 8th Tank
        Battalion. From that date until 16 Mar 91, the Company remained in the
        vicinity of Kuwait City to provide a security presence.

            once the unit returned home in April 1991, the first drill was in
        June. By Aug 91 the Company was back to normal operations. NCO School
        was conducted in Aug-Oct 91 and the Tank Gunnery Cycle stared up in
        October the Company is rebuilding for the next war and is preparing for
        the next mobilization.

        13 Jan          Boresight/zero on main gun on Thunderbolt Range.
                        Pick up basic tank ammunition load

        14 Jan          Company detached 3 tanks to engineer force, 2 tanks
                        for mine

        15 Jan          TEWTS/Battalion level training, moved to new position
                        southeast of range complex.

        19 Jan          110 Mile road march north

        21 Jan          Conduct Battalion level training

        24 Jan          Conduct training with 2d Battalion, 2d marines.
                        Conduct maintenance.

        31 Jan          Boresight and zero main gun

        1 Feb           Moved to new position 15 miles south of Kuwaiti
       border (vicinity grid QT 059233)

        2 Feb           Attached to 2d Battalion, 2d Marines. Move to QS
                        7636. ANGLICO detachment attached to the Company.
                        Replace M-1 Company that was with 2/2

        5 Feb           British MOPP suits issued

        5 Feb           Recon/prepares battle positions in 2/2's area.
                        Conduct day and night NAS on each of three battle
                        positions

        8 Feb           Move to DMAC course (grid QS 7426)
