             6. There are only two possible subject lines used on a PCR:

                             PCR (MC-3040-02)
                                   or
                             PCR (MC-3040-02) DEATH


             7. When DUSTWUN is entered on line 2 of the PCR. the special
             courts-martial convening authority will convene a fact-finding
             body to investigate the circumstances surrounding the
             -disappearance. In combat situations, the investigation Is a
             brief but factual message sent to the chain of command and CMC
             (MHP-10). By the 10th day after the disappearance the convening
             authority will declare the member as dead, missing, MIA,
             captured, interned, detained,.JJA, or found alive, and send a
             supplemental PCR changing the member's status (line 2 of the
             PCR). Refer to chapter 5 of the RARCORCASPROCKAN for additional
             information.


             1004. KUWAITEE AUGMENTERS

             1. The occasions for submitting casualty reports for Kuwaitee
             augmentees are the same as for other attached/assigned
             personnel. The MES G-1 will assume cognizance for submitting
             these reports. Ensure standard casualty information is sent to
             the 5th MEB G-1 on any Kuwaitee Augmentees entering a casualty
             status.
