          REPORTS) TO ANNEX X (REPORTS) TO XVIII AIRBORNE CORPS FIELD SOP


          1. Purnose. The abbreviated casualty report is utilized for
          deployed units. The report is rendered using format shown at
          enclosure 1.

          2. The report is submitted through the telecommunications
          center by the personnel activity maintaining the abbreviated
          personnel record. It is submitted to Corps Personnel Operations
          Center (CPOC) at the Rear CP.

          3. The report is submitted each time a casualty takes place in
          one of these possible categories: KIA, WIA, MIA, CAP, DEAD,
          MISSING, or INJURED.
