                  g. Medical regulating during peacetime is conducted by the
              United States European Command Joint Medical Regulating Office.in

                      (1) Corps will establish medical regulating offices at
              Med Bde/Med Gp to:

                           (a) Direct the flow of patients within the corps
              area.

                           (b) Coordinate with the USAREURAMRO (AMRO) and J.'-IRO
              for the movement of patients from the FCZ to RCZ/COMMZ.

                      (2) 7th MEDCOM will operate the AIMRO which is
              responsible for:
                           (a) Coordinating with the Corps Medical Regulating
              office and when required, the JMRO, for the movement of patients
              from the corps area to the rear area.
                           (b) Directing the flow of patients within the RCZ.
                           (c) Coordinating with the JMRO for the movement of
              patients from the RCZ to COMMZ/CONUS.

                  h. Evacuation Policy is as follows:

                      (1) Division is four days.

                      (2) corps is seven days initially (includes 4 days at
              division): is 15 days on order of USAPEUR CSURG.

                      (3) 'Divisions may retain neuropsychiatric patients
              beyond the established evacuation policy with the approval of the
