Fragments to R arm and lower L leg. Treated
surgically. Same incident with Perry, K.

25 Feb E4 12th Chem Co. DOA/Morgue
Hit in back of helmet with cluster bomb
fragments. Massive injury to skull and brain.

25 Feb E5 1/5 FA 13th Evac
In fire fight when land mine was
triggered by vibrations. Wearing flak vest.
Fragments to all 4 extremities. Laceration
R wrist, superficial fragg to R knee
anterior to the patella but not in the joint.
All wounds were debrided in the operating room.

26 Feb E6 82nd Eng 312th Evac
Had EPW's in a truck. Truck wag hit by
friendly tank fire and truck exploded.
Fragment wounds R thigh, L shoulder,
L hip, and R above the knee amputation.
Treated surgically in the operating room.

26 Feb E7 3/2 ACR 312th Evac
Projectile wound. Fragments to L arm and back,
left brachial arterial graft. Second degree burns
to face and lower back.
Debridement done in operating room.

26 Feb E5 3/2 ACR 312th Evac
M113 APC hit by rocket. Blunt trauma to head and
neck, concussion, R/O C-spine, L arm numbness.
Fragment wounds to back: some decreased sengation.

26 Feb E3 3/2 ACR 312th Evac
Tank cartridge landed in his arm. Soft
tissue damage and open humerus fracture.
Fragments L arm, L anterior thigh. Debridement and
reduction in operating room.
26 Feb E3 In 2/47th CAV 312tl@ Evac
Driving Bradley, hit by fragments and
bullet. Fragments to R arm, forehand, L
buttocks and L eye, and fragments with eye globe
injury. Evacuated to opthamologist.
