              Use 15 S/T as minimum planning figure for workrate.
              22 ORD BN should decide where its CP should be. It would be
            nice if 22 Ammo BN would just lease equipment, so it didn't have
            to ship anything home.
            - Owe CG a KMC strength laydown.

            - CG wants to see all EOD Cdrls.
            - We need to satellite billets off Air Force in December thru
            March.
            - The only billeting we can afford to keep is Barges and Jill.
            - Chief of Staff needs a special meeting in conference room in
            one to one and a half weeks for staff ramp-down.
               • G-3 and log call will put out slides.
               • Tape it.
            - EOD will drive the train for daily construction schedules at
            Doha.

            - Riyadh must be added to residual force list. Action: Log
            Cell.
            - 5 January dates will not work - move back to 15 December.
              Dust off predecessor's plan for movement control - may just
            -set up control points to control flow as opposed to using
            vehicles.

            - Keep using Egyptian HETs until they have to pull out - they
            will probably know before us.
            - If a soldier says he has been promised a certain redeployment
            date call the old Commander on phone to verify that he's given a
            soldier that date. If he has, then that's the date.
            - Don't tell soldiers that we are trying to got them home by a
            certain date. They will only remember that you promised them
            that date.

            - Why does 72 TC Detachment not cone under 471 Tc company? - 471
            has 11 October TPFDD date.
            - Provisional units may have soldiers who wish to stay longer.
            We should let them.
            - All units need to add another column on workrate chart with
            GOG and GOJS. Log Cell will fix chart and send out for update.
              All Company Commanders are responsible for clearing their
            -property books of Post, Camp and Station property.
