        REDEPLOYIIENT ASSE11BLY AREA FASKS (RAA)

             S-4 - Provide Class IX support.

                         Units unused PLL/ASL to homestation.
                         Units identify to tO/20 standard and order parts
                      accordingly.
                      - Redirect new requisitions to homestation after Class IX
                      cut off date is established.
                      - furn-in serviceable e@.-cess to D@IMC, unserviceable to 190
                      HETICO.


             S-4 Maintenance.


                         Units will change oil and filters at the RAA.
                         Equipment will be T/I'd to 10/20 standards and all
                      parts ordered.
                      - All job ordered will be returned to units l,4LT 413hrs
                      prior to shipment.
                     *- Equipment that is code F status will be used for
                      controlled exchange to correct faLilts/shor-tagL-s in
                      similar vehicles.
                      - Equipment identified as repairable in 48hrs will be
                      evacuated to the Daminan Port.   Units will requisition
                      replacement for vehicle evacuated to the port.
                      -- Vehicles returning to FRG may require repainting to
                      woodland pattern.   Details to follow.

             S-4   Services.


                      - Laundry. Provide command and control for contracted
                      laundry service.
                      @- flath. Unit shower will be distributed ICW requests &
                      availability.
                      - 251 bath units available at KKI'LC.


             S-4   Reestablish property accountability.

                         Ensure 100'/'. accountability of unit property.
                         Inventory all equipment.
                         Add all accountable items issued in FRG or K,ro to unit
                      property books.
        Initiate adjustment documentation +or all equipment lost
                         Account -For- all durable items purchased by FOC).
                         Establish tracking a-F distribution and use of all
                      consumable purchased by FOO or issued to units by
                      Cofninersarey Officer.
                     *-- Acid unit trophy equipment to property bool,,s, as
                      ,appr,apr-i ate.

             S-4   Pr-epRre and conduct redeployment.
